My husband and I were amazed at how much flavor this banana bread had. The only changes I made to it was removing the chocolate chunks because of my sugar addiction. I loved the nutty spelt flavor with the toasted walnuts and bananas. This is great to make when you have some ripe bananas that are going bad. I made two loaves and froze one for later. YUMMY! I give this recipe a 5 STAR!
